Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Italia, in Milan.

Your impact:

• Contribute to the preparation of weekly and seasonal sales reports for Women and Men Universes.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (sell-through, stock levels, top and worst performers) and business actions.
• Assist in the organization of and participation in recurring merchandising and cross-department calls.
• Support Merchandisers with buying sessions, interactions with Retail Network, ad hoc operational tasks, reporting activities, and specific projects.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Upon completion of the training period, the intern will have acquired the ability to prepare sales reports, support merchandising and buying tasks, work with different teams, follow market trends, and help with projects for the Merchandising Team.

Profile

What can you bring:

• University degree in Economics/Business/Finance/Fashion Business or a related fields
• Fluent in English + other languages are a plus
• Proficient use of Excel and Office 360
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and kind attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed, flexible and willing to learn
