Overview

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Travel Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through
• Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses
• Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities
• Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams
• Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections
• Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and maximize key business moments

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
