Office & E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a driven, extremely organised, multi-tasker who will be able to join our team as our Office & E-commerce Manager. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience within the fashion sector. We are a small team and looking for someone who is hands-on and able to lend their skills with everything from accounts to managing e-commerce.

The role will cover:

• Customer service - answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries
• Thorough and in-depth understanding of the Shopify platform
• Maintaining website, merchandising product and writing product descriptions
• Preparing, packing and sending e-commerce orders
• Undergoing strict quality control and steaming of all garments being sent
• Preparing and packing wholesale orders
• Day to day office administration
• Maintaining the showroom & office
• Record keeping – payments, cash flow, sales, databases & sales reports
• Maintaining wholesale buyer relationships, assisting with sending out assets etc.
• Assistance in preparing pop-ups and events, including preparing stock
• Dealing with shipping - import and export
• Artwork and content editing on Photoshop
• Account administration such as filing receipts & invoicing

• Be extremely neat and organised
• Adobe Suite, Shopify & Excel competence
• At least 5 years experience in office management in the fashion industry
