Job Details
We are looking for a driven, extremely organised, multi-tasker who will be able to join our team as our Office & E-commerce Manager. The candidate must have at least 5 years experience within the fashion sector. We are a small team and looking for someone who is hands-on and able to lend their skills with everything from accounts to managing e-commerce.
The role will cover:
- Customer service - answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries
- Thorough and in-depth understanding of the Shopify platform
- Maintaining website, merchandising product and writing product descriptions
- Preparing, packing and sending e-commerce orders
- Undergoing strict quality control and steaming of all garments being sent
- Preparing and packing wholesale orders
- Day to day office administration
- Maintaining the showroom & office
- Record keeping – payments, cash flow, sales, databases & sales reports
- Maintaining wholesale buyer relationships, assisting with sending out assets etc.
- Assistance in preparing pop-ups and events, including preparing stock
- Dealing with shipping - import and export
- Artwork and content editing on Photoshop
- Account administration such as filing receipts & invoicing
To apply for the role, you will need to have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Be extremely neat and organised
- Adobe Suite, Shopify & Excel competence
- At least 5 years experience in office management in the fashion industry
