LONDON, United Kingdom — Last week, BoF and i-D unveiled 'Fashion At Work,' a short film directed by Aaron Rose, starring members of the BoF 500. Each day over a period of two weeks, key figures from the film discuss their reflections on working in the global fashion industry.

Today, legendary milliner Stephen Jones, who has fashioned hats for brands including Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood and Dior, recalls his big break in fashion and tells us why he loves being part of what he calls a "slightly ridiculous" industry. Stay tuned over the coming days, as top names like Derek Blasberg, Katie Grand, Suzy Menkes and Tim Blanks share their thoughts.
