Tara Emad

Tara Emad is a model, actress and influencer. A dual citizen of Egypt and Montenegro, Emad has appeared on the covers of Vogue Arabia, Elle Arabia and Harper’s Bazaar Arabia and several other publications since her modelling career took off at the age of 14. In 2022, she was named Chanel’s first Middle East ambassador for fragrance and beauty, and that same year became an ambassador for Cartier. By 2025, the Cairo-born influencer had amassed over 3 million Instagram followers, capturing the interest of luxury consumers across the Middle East and North Africa.

A rising star in Arab cinema, Emad has highlighted the need for greater Arab representation in Hollywood. Her acting breakthrough came in 2014 for her role in the drama series “Saheb El Saa’da.” In 2022, she played a prominent role in the legal drama “Suits Be Al Arabi,” the Arabic language version of USA Network series “Suits”, as Laila Radwan, the counterpart to Meghan Markle’s character Rachel Zane. In 2025, she starred in the Arabic-language Netflix comedy series “Catalog.” A regular at Cannes, El Gouna and the Red Sea International Film Festival, she has also served on the jury for the Green Star Awards. Emad attended Port Said Language School in Cairo and competed in several beauty pageants in her teens, winning national and regional titles.
