With a career spanning over 20 years, Russell Marsh is widely recognised as one of the most influential casting directors in the industry, credited with having launched the careers of successful top models such as Daria Werbowy , Gemma Ward, Lara Stone and Sasha Pivovarova.

Most noted for his long-standing work at Prada, in 2012 Marsh began freelancing and has since cast for brands such as Céline, Christopher Kane , Victoria Beckham , Dries Van Noten and Marni. Marsh has also casted for editorials for W, AnOther and Arena Homme Plus.

Marsh started his career in fashion production in 1985, working as an assistant for show producer Mikel Rosen in London. Working alongside Mikel, Marsh raised his profile assisting on shows for the likes of Jean Muir, Body Map, Hussein Chalayan and Alexander McQueen, before first collaborating with Prada in 1997, co-ordinating a show for the brand’s diffusion line Miu Miu. The working relationship continued for 15 years and gained Marsh international acclaim for his discerning model selections.
