Rachel Arthur is a sustainability strategist and author. The advocacy lead for sustainable fashion at the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) has dedicated her career to transforming sustainability within fashion. Arthur wrote a foundational report for Textile Exchange on reimagining growth in 2024, and hosts UNEP’s Transforming Textiles podcast, interviewing government ministers around the world about change. She previously led strategy for Google’s environmental data platform, in partnership with WWF and Stella McCartney. Originally an award-winning business journalist, Arthur is a TED speaker and an Honorary Fellow of Cardiff University.
