Pascale Lepoivre
Chief Executive, Loewe
The CEO of Loewe has quietly masterminded the brand’s transformation into a billion-euro business, pairing sharp strategic leadership and creative vision to make it one of LVMH’s fastest-growing and most culturally resonant fashion houses.

Pascale Lepoivre is chief executive of Loewe, a role she has held since 2016, steering the Spanish heritage house through one of the most dynamic transformations in the luxury fashion landscape. In close partnership with former creative director Jonathan Anderson, Lepoivre has driven both creative cohesion and explosive commercial growth — positioning Loewe as one of LVMH’s fastest-rising stars.
Since taking the helm, Lepoivre has overseen Loewe’s estimated revenue surge from €230 million in 2014 to over €1 billion by 2024, achieving a compound annual growth rate of approximately 42 percent.
In 2025, Lepoivre onboarded new creative direction, Proenza Schouler founders Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, who staged their debut runway show for Spring/Summer 2026.
Lepoivre’s trajectory within LVMH spans nearly three decades. Prior to Loewe, she served as executive vice president at Celine from 2007 to 2016, where she played a critical role in shaping product strategy and studio operations under Phoebe Philo, alongside CEO Marco Gobbetti.
From 1995 to 2006, she was at Louis Vuitton as director of the fashion and leather goods product division, where she contributed to the growth of key categories including leather goods, jewellery and eyewear.
Educated at HEC Paris and INSEAD’s Advanced Management Programme, Lepoivre brings deep strategic insight. Her leadership at Loewe has been widely credited with marrying business rigor to bold creativity — reviving the house’s artisanal roots while expanding its relevance to a new global generation.
