Margaret and Katherine Kleveland are the co-founders of Dôen, a California-based fashion brand known for its romantic, nostalgia-infused collections and women-led business model.

As chief creative officer, Katherine channels her lifelong passion for design, nature and nostalgia into Dôen’s signature feminine silhouettes. From sketching clothing as a child in Santa Barbara’s foothills to shaping a global lifestyle brand, her creative vision is rooted in family and storytelling.
In 2020, Dôen deepened its commitment to equity by bringing on a longtime vendor and progressive factory owner as an equity partner — integrating values of fairness and inclusion into the core of its supply chain.
Now generating over $100 million in annual revenue, Dôen’s growth reflects the power of a purpose-driven model in today’s fashion landscape. Earlier this year, the brand secured Series A funding led by Silas Capital, signaling the next phase of strategic expansion.
