Kenneth P. Pucker is an advisor on sustainability and ESG, and a senior lecturer atThe Fletcher School at Tufts University. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Timberland between 2000 and 2007, having started at the company in 1992. During his tenure at Timberland, the company grew by tenfold to over $1.6 billion.
Currently, Pucker also serves as an advisory director at private equity firm Berkshire Partners, where he founded the Responsible Investment Committee. He is an investor and board member at Rag & Bone, Nexite and QUINN foods. Pucker has written for publications such as Harvard Business Review, the Stanford Social Innovation Review and the Institutional Investor.
