Jeremy Heimans is the co-founder and chairman of Purpose, a public benefit corporation that builds and supports movements for an open, just, and habitable world. The executive also co-founded GetUp!, an Australian political organisation with more members than all of Australia’s political parties combined, and Avaaz, the world’s largest online citizens’ movement with over 70 million members. Heimans has been recognised by The Guardian as one of the ten most influential voices on sustainability in the US, and is a longtime LGBTQ+ activist, having founded All Out, a global campaigning organisation for LGBTQ+ equality.
