Freja Beha Erichsen

Model

Known for her androgynous, edgy look, the Danish model is one of Nicolas Ghesquière's favourites at Louis Vuitton.

Freja Beha Erichsen

Freja Beha Erichsen has brought her effortless cool-girl attitude and artfully shaggy hair to the runways and campaigns of fashion’s most important houses. This season Louis Vuitton, Inez and Vinoodh for Frame, Zadig & Voltaire and Coach all cast the model in campaigns. In 2013 the model landed a worldwide Maybelline beauty contract, recognising her global desirability and pinnacle-tier status.

The model broke onto the scene in 2008, by gracing two Vogue covers, Nippon and Portugal, and a Russian Harper’s Bazaar. The following year, the model landed another two Vogue covers, but it wasn’t until 2010, when she landed two French Vogue covers, a British Vogue cover and an Italian Vogue cover, along with campaigns for Chanel, Valentino, Balenciaga and Tom Ford that the full scale of the models popularity within the industry was apparent.

The Denmark native continued to make waves across the industry for her Chanel and Valentino campaigns landed four major Vogue covers and had runway moment after runway moment during the season. Erichsen added H&M, Isabel Marant , Harry Winston, Karl Lagerfeld and Louis Vuitton to her campaign roster during the year, in addition to being cast once again for Chanel and Valentino. Erichsen also became the face of the Roman house’s new fragrance Valentina.

In addition, Erichsen appeared in campaigns for Zara, Chloé, Hugo Boss , Saint Laurent, Prada and Bottega Veneta and in 2019 alone has appeared in multiple editorials for international Vogues. She is represented globally by IMG and Unique Denmark.
