Baroness Lola Young OBE

Baroness Lola Young OBE is an independent Crossbench member of the House of Lords, a position she has held since 2004. During her tenure, she founded, and now co-chairs, several All Party Parliamentary Groups (APPG), including Ethics and Sustainability in Fashion, which advocates for regulation of the global fashion industry.

As co-chair of the Foundation for Future London charity, she offers development opportunities to local communities in East London through arts, education and culture. Baroness Young is also Chancellor of the University of Nottingham, and a non-executive director of Bloomsbury Publishing and Futerra.
