Annie Choi
Artist & Animator, Ancho
The animator and animator whose whimsical, anime-inspired visuals and inventive storytelling offer a distinctive creative vision in luxury fashion advertising.

Annie Choi is a digital animation artist and illustrator known for her whimsical, anime-inspired visuals and inventive storytelling. She has captured the attention of top fashion houses and animation studios alike, and is recognised for her ability to fuse high-end branding with dreamlike narratives.
Choi began her career online, where her distinctive style — fun, transformative and emotionally resonant — quickly drew notice. One of her earliest commercial projects was with the independent brand Tae Park, a nostalgic creation in which she turned stars in the night sky into edible candies that marked her professional debut. Her breakthrough came with the Loewe x Studio Ghibli collaboration, for which she animated a series of video ads. This visibility led to further commissions from brands like Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry and Dior.
For Louis Vuitton’s BLVD fragrance line, Choi produced a series of five animations inspired by California’s landscapes and moods, while her work for Hermès transformed a simple apple into an emblem of luxury. Through each project, she brings a signature blend of warmth, fantasy, and precision — offering a distinct voice in a space now saturated with generic AI-generated content.
