The Dior ambassador represents a new generation of fashion-aligned screen talent — international and quietly influential — whose elegance and global visibility make her an ideal muse for brands seeking subtle power and modern polish.

Anna Sawai

Anna Sawai is a New Zealand-born Japanese actress and former pop performer whose rising screen career and polished personal style have made her a breakout fashion muse. With a growing presence on international red carpets and a flair for modern elegance rooted in Japanese minimalism, she’s quickly becoming a favourite among luxury houses and stylists alike.

After gaining early attention as a member of the girl group Faky, Sawai transitioned into acting with roles in Fast & Furious 9 and, more recently, her critically acclaimed turn as Lady Mariko in the series “Shōgun,” for which she won an Emmy Award. Often seen in sleek silhouettes, soft tailoring, and directional eveningwear, Sawai’s looks have earned her coverage in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar Japan, and W, with red carpet appearances in brands like Loewe, Chanel and Prada. In February 2025, she was named an ambassador for Dior.

Sawai also stars in “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” (Apple TV+), bringing her to a broader global audience — and making her a compelling candidate for ambassadorships and fashion partnerships that value cross-cultural resonance, multilingual appeal and a poised, modern femininity.
