Anitta
Musician
The Brazilian pop star’s high-octane style has landed her major red-carpet moments, Vogue covers and endorsement deals with brands like Levi’s.

Anitta has been dubbed the "queen of Brazilian pop” by international music critics. The singer’s high-octane stage presence and sound — a blend of funk carioca, reggaeton and R&B — has propelled her to fame in her home country and across the wider Latin America region. By 2024, she had amassed a global following on Instagram of more than 64 million people.
On and off stage, Anitta’s bold outfits are extensions of the star’s hit-strewn discography. She has fronted campaigns for the likes of Levi’s, Savage x Fenty, Adidas and L'Oréal, and covers for glossies Vogue Brazil, Elle Brazil, Paper, Vogue Arabia and Vogue Mexico. In recent years, she has taken a high fashion turn with the help of André Philipe and Ron Hartleben, who have separately styled her for front rows and red carpets in the likes of Schiaparelli, Alaia, Fendi, Versace, Balmain and Dolce and Gabbana.
Born Larissa de Macedo Machado, Anitta signed a recording contract in 2013, after releasing her debut single “Meiga e Abusada,” the same year she dropped her debut album which was certified platinum. But it was the lead single “Envolver” on her fifth studio album, “Versions of Me,” that topped Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart and Billboard’s Global Excl. US chart — both firsts for a Brazilian artist. In 2022, Anitta became the first Brazilian artist to win an MTV Video Music Award and American Music Award; the following year she was nominated Best New Artist at the Grammys.
