NYU Stern School of Business was established in 1900 and is based in New York City. The university offers MBA and executive programmes with a focus on finance, entrepreneurship and technology.

NYU Stern is the first US business school to offer a Luxury & Retail MBA. Over the past several years the luxury, beauty, fashion, and retail industries have increasingly acknowledged the competitive advantage of adding business-educated talent to their creative ranks, especially in the face of technological disruption.
The Luxury & Retail MBA is designed for students with a passion for the space and an interest in business. The specialized format allows students to complete a full-time MBA in one year. Students graduate with a focus in the sector through core coursework and experiential learning projects, known as Stern Solutions, that are built into the 51-credit curriculum.
Luxury & Retail MBA students participate in project-based learning experiences through Stern Solutions, putting their skills to into practice in New York and internationally. Tapping into NYU Stern’s location in the heart of the global fashion & luxury ecosystem, Stern Solutions brings students and faculty together with industry leading companies to solve real business challenges in real time. Each semester, students will participate in experiential learning opportunities that build skill sets, relationships, and experiences and serve as the foundation for successful careers.
