Valextra Names Xavier Rougeaux CEO, Adds Ralph Toledano to Board

Rougeaux joins the luxury leather goods brand with immediate effect from Smythson, where he was also chief executive, and replaces Sara Ferrero. The company also announced that Ralph Toledano, president of the Fédération Française de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, has been nominated to join the board of directors.
