O’Hare succeeds Michael Scheiner, who left from the company in October, and will report to president and chief brand officer Avery Baker. Her new role, effective April 12, will encompass the development and implementation of global marketing strategies to engage with a range of generations of consumers.

Marketing veteran O’Hare most recently spent a year as the chief marketing officer at Gap, where she led the company’s digital-first marketing and omnichannel retail efforts. Prior to her time at Gap, she worked for Adidas, overseeing collaboration campaigns with Pharrell Williams, Alexander Wang and Childish Gambino. She has worked with several other brands, including Bang & Olufsen, Champion, Lee and Wrangler.

”Her deep connection to culture and proven experience in growing both relevance and business with global consumers will be a great asset,” said Baker.
