Global Fashion Group Raises $140 Million

Global Fashion Group (GFG) has raised around €120 million ($140 million) by putting over 16 million new shares on the market at €7.30 per share. The fashion e-tailer will invest the new round of financing to accelerate growth and expand its Marketplace and Fashion Services business. It will also invest in technology to streamline its e-commerce business, currently popular in emerging markets, on a global scale.
