NEW YORK, United States — Revlon Inc.'s biggest shareholder, Ron Perelman's MacAndrews & Forbes, said it intends to explore "strategic alternatives" for the cosmetics company.

MacAndrews & Forbes hasn’t formulated any specific or definitive plan or proposal yet, it said in a statement.
