NEW YORK, United States — Revlon Inc. on Friday reported a third-quarter loss of $4.7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The New York-based company said it had a loss of 9 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and to extinguish debt, came to 63 cents per share.
The beauty products maker posted revenue of $604.8 million in the period.
Revlon shares have risen 15 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen slightly in the last 12 months.
