Air Supply is the ex-Vanity Fair editor’s first notable foray into e-commerce with a marketplace that features upscale closet staples including $895 Saint Laurent leather Chelsea boots and $360 blue-block glasses from Tom Ford, as well as curiosities including a $220 porcelain box shaped like a French baguette and a $700 “dog-walking jacket,” which could also be called a blazer.

In recent years, media companies have increasingly turned to e-commerce to supplant dwindling advertising sales, with revenue typically generated through affiliate marketing links.
