British media group Future Plc has acquired the digital lifestyle magazine SheerLuxe and Blush Talent Mgmt Ltd, its sister influencer talent agency which represents much of SheerLuxe’s staff, the company announced on Thursday.

Future Plc paid an initial £39.9 million ($53.9 million) in a cash-free, debt-free agreement for the companies. An earnout contingent on future performance, including continued double-digit EBITDA growth through fiscal 2029 and the continued employment of SheerLuxe’s current management, is capped at £80 million. In the year ended September 2025, SheerLuxe generated £12.6 million in revenue and delivered £5.1 million in EBITDA, Future Plc reported.

Founded in 2007 by Georgie Coleridge Cole, SheerLuxe is a London-based digital women’s fashion and lifestyle magazine centred on in-office content creation and vlogs. Blush Talent Mgmt was founded in 2023 to represent much of SheerLuxe’s staff, many of whom frequently appear in SheerLuxe’s social media content, as well as other influencers. The acquisition is intended to diversify Future Plc’s audience and content monetisation, and to strengthen its fashion and beauty vertical.

The British publisher, which operates Marie Claire and Who What Wear, plans to eventually launch SheerLuxe in the US.
