The Independents is buying Bureau Béatrice, a multi-media and creative technology agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Bureau Béatrice, founded in 2021, has quickly become a leader in the region, producing events and immersive experiences for Tiffany & Co, Bulgari, Prada and Formula 1. The acquisition further expands the reach of the communications group — which has offices in New York, London and Paris, as well as a presence in Asia — into the Middle East.

”The Middle East is an extremely important growth market for the luxury and lifestyle sectors that brands must approach with the right message and guided by local experts” said Isabelle Chouvet, CEO of The Independents.

It marks The Independents’ third acquisition of the year, after it raised $400 million in 2023 and set an ambitious goal of doubling in size by 2025.
