South Africa’s February Retail Sales Up 2.3%

The county’s retail sales beat last year’s figures after a 3.7 percent contraction in January, Reuters reports. The boost, revealed by Statistics South Africa this week, marks South Africa’s first retail sales growth in 11 months. Sales were up 6.9 percent from January.
