Rosé (full name Roseanne Park Chae-young) has been named a global ambassador for Tiffany & Co. and will front a campaign for the brand’s HardWear collection, due to be released on Friday.

“I’ve worn Tiffany jewellery since I was in high school. To be a part of such an iconic brand that has been a part of my life for a long time makes it that much more special to me,” Rosé said in an interview with Tatler announcing her new role.

The singer (who was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia before relocating to Korea to train with record label, YG Entertainment, at the age of 15) is the second Asian superstar to be elevated to global ambassador status for the jeweller within a week.

Last Friday, Tiffany & Co. announced on its official Weibo account that TFBoys’ Yi Yangqianxi, also known by the English name, Jackson Yee, would become a global ambassador after a successful stint fronting the brand in China.
