We are currently seeking a full-time passionate and driven VIP Client Specialist to join our beautiful Selfridges concession in London, to develop client relationships and to become a specialist in Dior couture.
In this role, you are responsible for providing client experiences and demonstrating clientelling. Being on the shopfloor, you will assess potential clients and offer the D-Signature experience.
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Achieve personal sales a via OTO appointments and client networking.
- Exceed in clientelling and maintaining top clients
- Maximise the opportunities to develop relationships with top clients through targeted actions
- Display specialist knowledge in two universes and knowledge in all categories
- Establish a portfolio of clients at high level.
- Be a Dior Ambassador at all times
- Network at VIP events in order to develop potential clients
- Achieve excellent mystery shop results
- Effectively manage all client situations
- Display expert knowledge of current advertising & marketing campaigns, competitions, new launches and promotions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and UK Health and Safety regulations at all times

Profile
Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of Women's Ready-To-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods
- Previous experience within luxury fashion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends

- Prior experience as Senior Sales Executive

Additional information
- Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility and has the right to work in the UK.
