The Store Facilities Team is an integral part of lululemon, ensuring that our stores are kept in luxury condition for our guests. We take pride in accomplishing all levels of work, and being a key resource for our stores, and our cross-functional partners. This team responds quickly to emergencies as they arise, while balancing the day-to-day upkeep of our retail environments; we work hard and live to make things better!
core responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Facilities Specialist is responsible leveraging their repairs & maintenance experience to support our stores within their assigned Areas and maintain them to a luxury condition. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of emergency and non-emergency repairs and service calls within established budgets and timeline. Review and execution of planned maintenance programs and other initiatives is a key element to this role. Other duties involved in the role may include but not be limited to: Supporting stores and cross-functional teams in finding solutions to issues, removing roadblocks, gathering and sharing information, and various other duties that may arise. This is a solutions driven role, with a core focus on fast, quality repairs and solutions to keep our stores open and operating. Consolidates and submits weekly Invoices

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ 66,000-$86,600 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

- Respond to all repair & maintenance questions from stores Carries out planned asset replacements
- Analyze proposals to ensure cost and scope meets the needed scope of repair
- Issuing and receiving of Purchase Orders
- Ensure repair timeline SLAs are met
- Triage and troubleshooting to determine the best course of action for repairs
qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Agile and able to prioritize and re-prioritize daily or throughout the day as needs change
- Basic knowledge in systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
- Working knowledge of retail environment
- Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel, SmartSheet, PowerPoint
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, and dependable
- Open to learning and accessible to all levels of the organization
- Possess organizational, time management, and trouble-shooting competence
- Excellent team player, and capability to work independently
- Superb communication skills - verbal and written
