JOB PURPOSE
Your role is dedicated to the Made to Measure service in store, with a focus on growing the business and improving sales performance in line with corporate guidelines and standards. The priority is to develop the MTM service by presenting and promoting it to customers, as well as providing the necessary information and basic training to store team so they can confidently and effectively offer the service themselves.

Solid experience in MTM and tailoring
Strong knowledge of men's products, both from a technical perspective and for selling purposes
Ability to clearly convey information and knowledge to colleagues and customers
Specific MTM training must be scheduled with the local and central MTM teams
Strong in-store service orientation

JOB PURPOSE
Your role is dedicated to the Made to Measure service in store, with a focus on growing the business and improving sales performance in line with corporate guidelines and standards. The priority is to develop the MTM service by presenting and promoting it to customers, as well as providing the necessary information and basic training to store team so they can confidently and effectively offer the service themselves.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out technical measurements of clients using Prada's specific measuring techniques.
- Understand both manual and electronic ordering systems, including tools such as SAP, CRM systems and retail systems.
- Have a thorough understanding of all MTM/MTO categories - tailoring, outerwear, knitwear, shirts, and more.
- Liaise between the client, client advisor, Headquarters and Production teams when placing orders, resolving issues, or responding to production queries.
- Host appointments across multiple store locations within the region, delivering a luxury and sartorial experience for our clientele.
- Demonstrate expertise in fabrics and their functionality, guiding clients to make informed decisions.
- Assist clients in designing their ideal garment and personalising details accordingly.
- Have a clear understanding of lead times, the critical path, and all relevant steps to ensure the desired delivery timeframe is achieved.
- Support client advisors with their orders, providing training on both technical aspects and the selling ceremony.
- Understand fittings and silhouettes appropriate for the client's body shape, fabric choices, end use, and available options, while maintaining the Prada aesthetic.
- Be able to confidently and enthusiastically explain the ideas behind the brand and its products.
