Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is looking for a Sr. Engineer with application integration and managed file transfer solution engineering skills for the IT team to deliver EAI / Integration solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Work closely with different functional team to align requirements and document the requirements into technical user stories.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders in different region and external vendors on delivering EAI / Integration solution.
* Involve in software development lifecycle from requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, documentation, and deployment.
* Design and implement the EAI / Integration solution using the latest technologies and industrial best practices.
* Design, develop, and automate file transfer workflows and scripts to meet business and security requirements.
* Customize and configure various protocol adapters like HTTPS, SFTP, and Connect Direct.
* Diagnose and resolve complex integration, production, and deployment issues, using monitoring and logging tools to identify bottlenecks. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
* Implement security protocols and ensure all file transfer activities comply with organizational policies and standards.
* Work with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and provide training to team members.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 8+ years of total experience and in-depth knowledge of EAI / Integration.
* Experience with MFT software such as GlobalScape, IBM CP4I MFT, or TIBCO MFT.
* Proficiency in file transfer protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2.
* Ability to create and automate workflows.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and experience with developing CI/CD automation with Azure Dev/Ops, GIT, Jenkins etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Administration and maintenance of the MFT platform's operating system, software, and hardware, including performing upgrades, patches, and health checks.
* Experience with integration tools such as BTP-IS, Azure APIM will be a huge plus.
* A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science is often preferred.
* Good written and spoken English with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
