Retail and Styling Associate

Are you passionate about fashion and looking for an exciting opportunity in luxury retail? Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and buildable designs for all seasons, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Retail and Styling Associates to join our team in Notting Hill.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

- Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular. 

- Share your knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele.

- Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the high standards of Marfa Stance.

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation.

- Reaching out to customers via email and keeping communications after purchase. 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

- Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.

- Ability to work weekends and 1 or 2 days in the week. Availability to be discussed during the interview process. 

- Knowledge of luxury brands and the ability to communicate their value to customers.

- Initial contract will finish on 30th June due to lease ending but could be extended if lease is renewed.
