HUGO BOSS are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the merchandise planning function across the SEAPAC region. This role is responsible for driving omni-channel planning strategy, optimising inventory performance and supporting brand elevation across DOS, Outlet and E-Commerce channels.

Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Open-to-Buy process, lead a high-performing planning team and deliver strong commercial outcomes aligned to our global brand strategy.

What you can expect:
  • Own and lead the SEAPAC Open-to-Buy process across all channels, ensuring accuracy, sustainability and alignment to regional sales and inventory targets
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies, challenging ways of working and introducing new initiatives to optimise performance
  • Partner closely with Buying, Merchandise and local market teams to support and challenge merchandise strategy through data-led insights
  • Lead and develop a team of planners, fostering a strong team culture, high performance and career progression
  • Conduct detailed post-season sales and inventory analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to inform future seasons
  • Manage omni-channel sales and stock forecasting to optimise sell-through, contribution margin and closing inventory position
  • Build strong relationships with local, regional and global stakeholders to champion SEAPAC product requirements
  • Ensure planning milestones and deadlines are met and aligned with regional and local market timelines


Your profile:
  • 10+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning Management, across Bricks & Mortar and E-Commerce
  • Proven people leadership experience, managing direct reports
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales, sell-through and inventory outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Business or Commerce qualification
  • International or regional market experience
  • Fashion or retail industry experience (essential)
