HOW WE IMAGINE YOU - What makes you stand out

As a People & Culture Area Manager, you work closely with the Brand Leader and Store Managers to bring the brand strategy to life in our stores. You combine a strong business mindset with attention to the full employee experience - from employer branding to initiatives that strengthen motivation and engagement.

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR role such as HR Business Partner or Area HR within retail or a dynamic commercial environment.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset: you take initiative and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Good knowledge of labor law and workforce planning; you work comfortably with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium and Luxembourg.

• You support all Pull&Bear stores in BeLux in achieving their commercial and operational goals.
• You collaborate with managers in recruitment processes and ensure we attract the right talent.
• You guarantee a strong, brand-oriented onboarding experience for new team members.
• You coach managers in developing their teams and in succession planning.
• You safeguard the employee experience: work organization, stability and working conditions.
• You initiate actions that increase engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• You support teams in their daily HR and operational challenges.
• You analyze HR KPIs and manage personnel costs efficiently.
• You propose solutions that directly contribute to Pull&Bear's growth and performance.
• You actively participate in projects in collaboration with the international team and the Support Office.
