JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Prada Clienteling & Campaign Team. The role will support the definition, implementation and then monitoring of Prada Clienteling Strategy, made by both one-to-one and one-to-many initiatives, working closely with other HQ Teams such as Retail, Digital, IT, Communication and E-commerce teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with a strong understanding of luxury world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, management and execution of one-to-one campaigns, liaising with regional and corporate teams to deliver tailored and effective campaigns
Develop, management and execution of one-to-many communications in collaboration with other HQ teams (mainly Digital, E-commerce, IT)
Collaborate with Time-to-Market, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate assets and contents
Support Global Clienteling strategy by providing actionable insights to key stakeholders
Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to Top Management and other key stakeholders
Ensure operational excellence across the regional teams; distribute key KPIs and share best practices
Be a Clienteling Ambassador within the brand
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields
Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand
Experience in store as Client Advisor or In-Store CRM/Clienteling or In-Store Training considered a strong plus
Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
Ability to organize multitude of tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus
