Position Overview
This 9-month temporary role is an exciting opportunity to work in the multifaceted world of Revenue Flow, encompassing data analysis to identify trends and point out issues, forecasting and tracking wholesale prebook fill rates, working closely with regional Customer Services and Sales to maximize Revenue. The role will encourage the development of a holistic view of the wholesale end-to-end process from buying to shipment involving harmonization between many different departments such as Customer Services, FP&A, Sales, IMO, and Logistics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver recurring operational and analytical reporting providing visibility on product availability, allocation efficiency, and fulfilment readiness
* Monitor the end-to-end flow from product release through receipt and dispatch, identifying risks, delays, and constraints
* Analyze allocation performance and demand coverage, highlighting gaps versus expectations and root causes of deviations
* Ensure material readiness by monitoring the completeness and accuracy of key master data (e.g. product attributes required for shipment), identifying issues that could prevent materials from being shipped to customers
* Analyze trends, variances, and exceptions, translating data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders
* Ensure high data quality through validation checks, reconciliation across sources, and consistent methodologies
* Provide analytical support for ad hoc queries from key stakeholders related to fulfilment and revenue forecasting
* Support senior management and regional teams with clear, structured reporting outputs
* Work in a structured, proactive, and collaborative manner, with strong ownership of priorities and deadlines
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* 2+ years of experience in analytics, planning, insights or related roles
* Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modelling, and analysis
* Strong working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and automation
* Experience working with large datasets and Business Intelligence and SAP data sources
* Experience working with reporting tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI would be a plus
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deliverables, and consistently meet deadlines
* Structured, organized, and reliable working style with strong ownership of recurring outputs
* Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to business stakeholders
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
