As a Marketplace Channel Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational and commercial execution of assigned marketplace channels for Hackett. The role focuses on maintaining account health, optimizing listing quality, and managing in-platform trading activities, working under the guidance of the Marketplace Lead and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The project!
As a Marketplace Channel Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational and commercial execution of assigned marketplace channels for Hackett. The role focuses on maintaining account health, optimizing listing quality, and managing in-platform trading activities, working under the guidance of the Marketplace Lead and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What will the role entail?
- Execute trading and pricing actions on assigned marketplaces to support sales targets and channel KPIs.
- Manage seller portals and account health, ensuring operational and platform compliance.
- Optimize product listings (content, attributes, and visibility) to improve conversion and brand image.
- Execute promotional calendars and in-platform activations.
- Monitor competitor activity, cost structures, and marketplace analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, planning, and catalog teams to ensure correct execution, stock alignment, and brand consistency across assigned marketplaces.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel Proficiency, SAP & Power BI knowledge.
- Operational Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and priorities.
- Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills: effective coordination with internal teams and marketplace stakeholders.
- Analytical & Trading Mindset: Ability to interpret marketplace data and translate it into actionable trading insights.
