The project!
We are looking for a BT Service Desk Technician for our offices in London to serve as the first point of contact for end-users who require technical support and assistance
What will the role entail?:
- Technical Support and assistance (hardware, software)
- Triage incoming tickets and requests, gather information, and attempt to resolve issues using available tools and resources
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members or vendors
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support requests and resolutions

Job competences:
- Information Technology related FP2 - desirable
- Hardware & software (windows environment) troubleshooting ability.
- Great Customer Service skills
- Excellent understanging of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.
- Exposure to Attlassian Suite (desirable)
- Experience or high interest in the enterprise endpoint security space
- Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements/customers
- Excellent analysis and debugging skill
- Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team
- High level of Spanish language. Medium to High level of English language.
What are your expctations on you?:
- Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the issue cycle
- Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library
