Overview
The Tax & Compliance Coordinator supports Moncler Group Americas' tax, regulatory, and sustainability compliance activities across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
This role assists with direct and indirect tax compliance, regulatory filings, and business license requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The Coordinator partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Headquarters to help ensure accurate reporting, timely filings, and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements throughout the Americas region.
This position offers exposure to multi-entity operations and provides a strong foundation for professional development within tax and compliance.

Additional Information
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $68,000 to $78,000 per year.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 11 paid holidays, accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation time, 2 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Moncler Corporate Office, located in the heart of Soho, Manhattan

Your Impact
- Support sales and use tax compliance processes, including data validation, reconciliations, and nexus analysis
- Assist in the preparation and review of indirect tax filings and related documentation
- Gather, analyze, and organize information in response to tax notices, audit requests, and internal inquiries
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities related to tax and compliance
- Maintain compliance calendars, filing trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate with Headquarters and external advisors on reporting deadlines and documentation requirements
- Support sustainability and regulatory reporting initiatives, including research and documentation
- Participate in testing and risk assessment activities related to new systems, projects, and process implementations
- Assist the Tax & Compliance Manager with ad hoc projects and regional compliance initiatives

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or Business Administration
Work Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in tax, accounting, compliance, business analytics, or a related function.
- Exposure to multi-entity and/or multi-jurisdiction environments is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting strongly preferred

- Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, and data consolidation
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
- Organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
