HUGO BOSS is looking to hire a Regional Visual Merchandiser basedin Portugal in Lisbon. Our stores are located in three main regions, which you will support in your role as Regional VM Manager in Portugal. ( Algarve, Lisbon, and Porto)
  • Permanent contract.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to travel ( National and international).
  • At least 5 years demostrating stong capability as a Visual Merchandiser Regional, In premiun retail enviroment.
  • Based un Lisbon.


What you can expect:

In your role as Regional Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring that all operational procedures are managed with a commercial mindset to guarantee the highest level and efficient delivery of the customer experience.
  • be responsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations in line with corporate standards and timelines.
  • partner with the corporate VM team to plan and implement the needs of the role.
  • participate in regular training sessions to develop and deliver visual merchandising training for team members.
  • provide continuous feedback to the VM team on local markets as well as other retail markets.
  • drive the use of all available tools to ensure the proper execution of company procedures and policies.
  • conduct weekly visits to the different points of sale across Portugal.


Your profile:

  • Experience as a Regional VM, in a similar multi-store/ Regional Position with at least 5 years demostrating stong capability as a Visual Merchandiser Regional, In premiun retail enviroment.
  • Minimun of 5 years experience in premiun retail stores, having previously worked in comparable roles.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on excellence.
  • Strong commercial mindset, understanding the customer and supporting sales from a VM perspective.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan routes, timings and campaign installations.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with store teams, Store Managers and corporate functions.
  • Willingness to constantly learn and develop, with experience in training and coaching store teams.
  • Strong command of visual merchandising standards (collection, colour coordination, outfitting, zoning, storytelling, focal points, etc.).
  • Ability to plan, set up and update windows and key in-store focal points according to HUGO BOSS guidelines.
  • Ability to deliver reporting as required by the company.
  • Understanding of retail KPIs (conversion rate, UPT, ATV, sell-through) and how VM impacts the business.
  • Very good level of English, advanced C1.
  • Native Portuguese.
  • Spanish (highly valued).
  • Confident user of business systems and latest technology.
  • Based in Lisbon, with full availability to travel across Portugal and occasionally nationally and internationally.
  • Valid driving licence.
