Responsible for developing and managing merchandise plans across the Americas (US/CAN/MEX/BRZ) to support business objectives and financial targets while ensuring profitability across all directly operated channels. Partners with merchant teams and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance, align product strategies with consumer demand, and support informed decision-making. Proactively monitors business trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and delivers analytical insights to optimize inventory, reduce liability, and drive overall performance.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $120,000 USD - $135,000 USD annually. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, xperience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.

Proactively monitors business trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and delivers analytical insights to optimize inventory, reduce liability, and drive overall performance.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Monitor department-level performance to identify risks and opportunities; partner with the buying team to recommend and execute markdown strategies and corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular (weekly) reviews of key performance indicators, including sales, margin, inventory turnover, sell-through, and return on investment; adjust plans in response to changes in demand, inventory flow, and logistics.
- Support alignment of merchandise buy plans, budgets, and sales forecasts to overall financial targets and business objectives.
- Execute pre-season and in-season sales and inventory management activities across DOS, Factory Outlet, and eCommerce channels.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of new planning processes, tools, and merchandise systems to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Wholesale, Regional Managers, IT, Merchandising, and Retail teams, to support accurate product flow and alignment of supply and demand.
- Perform ad hoc analysis using historical performance and product-level attributes to support decision-making and management requests.
System Technology
- Utilizes SAP Retail / AFS / BIS Reporting for inventory and other sales based business requirements.
- Utilizes Future Merchandise Financial Planning System for Inventory, Sales, Receipts, and GM analysis.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business / Merchandising or 4+ years of related experience
- Demonstrate understanding of merchandise financials & profitability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Advanced experience with excel based programs
- Strong Oral & Written communication skills
- Requires Flexibility / Multi-tasking
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Demonstrated experience in management, coaching & leadership
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and global divisions
