Job Details
As an Area Visual Manager , you are responsible for ensuring our stores in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece have a high standard of visual merchandising. The successful candidate will play an essential role, leading our in-store visual merchandisers in implementing COS visual and display guidelines.
What you will do:
- Oversee that all visual merchandising standards in store including window displays, space management and garment care is of a high standard.
- Communicate with the store visual merchandisers on a daily basis and presents them with visual information and plans at the start of each new season.
- Work with selling reports, budgets and other available tools to make business decisions regarding visual merchandising and stock allocations.
- Partner with the area HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit all in-store visual merchandiser positions and ensure they receive the appropriate level of training.
- Assess your team and provide feedback about their performance on a regular basis.
- Identify future talent and formulate clear and challenging goals to assist with their development.
- Lead, coordinate and organize workshops and trainings deemed necessary for the development of our visual merchandisers.

What you need to succeed:
- Experienced working as a store Visual Merchandiser or another role with visual responsibilities.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing team members
- Track record of successfully overseeing multiple projects
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fashion awareness
- Proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities
- Sales driven and result oriented
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of time
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
- Excellent communication skills
