The hiring range for this position ranges from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experiences.

Human Resources
- Provide administrative support across core HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
- Prepare employment letters and support employee documentation requests
- Perform systems data verification to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process HR-related invoices and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with onboarding logistics and preparation for retail and corporate hires
- Help track and update headcount reports, org charts, and HR dashboards
- Assist with HR projects and engagement initiatives that support company culture and DEIB efforts
- Support Health & Safety initiatives, including documentation and tracking safety metrics
- Contribute to the creation of HR tools and resources for store teams
Experience
Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a college/university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work primarily on-site in an office environment, with occasional visits to retail stores
Desired:
- Previous internship or co-op experience in HR, retail, or corporate environments
- Interest in pursuing a CHRP designation
- Fluency in French language
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
