Position Overview
TEMPORARY CONTRACT The Business Operations Analyst position provides day to day operational support as required cross functionally to ensure smooth business processes in order to cash. The successful candidate will have to maintain a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, will participate in process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and deliver increased value to RL operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Provides day to day support to the Business Operations team and EMEA Customer Service as subject matter expert in SAP OTC function i.e iutput, Idoc management, billing, etc.
* Ensure that all SAP OTC tables are maintained based on business requirements
* Manage all the SAP exceptions reporting with appropriate analysis for actions to be taken
* Manage sales orders incompletion to ensure that seasonal orders pool is accurate before final order confirmation greenlight
* Incident management - Work as facilitator between Business and IT as a central point of resolution
* SAP improvement - develop test cases, test scripts, and execute business acceptance tests to ensure system modifications or new solutions meet expected requirements
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of Ralph Lauren business processes in assigned areas
* Ensure detailed SAP user guides are developed and maintained in assigned areas according to standard templates
* Work closely with Business Transformation team to share, define, and develop standard training procedures and documentation for assigned business process areas and leads informal and formal classroom training sessions

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 2 years' experience of OTC SAP AFS ECC Order to Cash module
* SAP S/4 HANA knowledge will be a plus
* Experience in wholesale, retail and fashion environments is a plus
* EDI knowledge is a plus
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement
* Ability to work in autonomous manner
* Ability to work well within cross-functional team environments
* Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels within an organization
* Ability to meet deadlines, qualitative goals, and objectives
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced and demanding environment
* Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel
* Fluent in English is mandatory, other languages are an asset
