The project!

As an Order to Deliver Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from initial receipt to final delivery.

What will the role entail?

• Order Management: Process and oversee purchase orders in the ERP system (e.g., SAP), ensuring data accuracy and integrity all times
• Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely product dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Issue Resolution: Handle transport-related incidents, including claims for damages or delays, and resolve any claim

• Degree in International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
