You will play a key role in shaping the customer contact strategy, fostering long-term and meaningful relationships with our clients.
Your Impact
As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless data-driven communication across multiple channels, ensuring and the adoption of best practices to maximize engagement and conversion.
Activities:
- Support the global contact strategy definition and deliver performance improvements ensuring channel effectiveness and conversion optimization
- Orchestrate communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive digital engagement across multiple touchpoints
- Oversee the email communication production process in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Manage campaign reporting and analytics to drive improvements with a test, learn & scale-up approach
- Ensure a consistent and effective rollout of customer journeys across all channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to provide a seamless customer experience
- Manage technical developments and coordinate with IT/tech teams to ensure smooth integration and platform enhancements
- Activate and test new digital channels to expand communication opportunities and improve customer reach
- Lead and support the execution of innovative digital projects aimed at strengthening customer engagement and business results
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or clienteling roles
- Strong knowledge of multichannel communication (email, SMS, push notifications) and campaign management tools
- Experience in coordinating external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actions
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journey design, and A/B testing approaches
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of digital trends, customer engagement best practices, and competitive landscape
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
- Able to build meaningful relations across multiple departments, with a strong focus on team-work
