HUGO BOSS are seeking an In Season Merchandiser to join our In Season Merchandise team based at our Support Office in Melbourne. Reporting directly to the In Season Merchandise Manager, this role is responsible for the end to end management of the inventory lifecycle for our retail business.

What you can expect:

• Operational execution of the inventory lifecyclefor retail includingallocations, consolidations andmarkdowns etc
• Delivering merchandise performance targets and KPIs
• Compiling detailed insight into business performance (competitor analysis, post season analysis)
• Coordinate regular merchandise meetings locally and where relevant regionally
• Managing the end-to-end coordination
• Ensuring product range information & attributes are accurate and up to date at all times
• Reviewing stock levels and delivery schedules

Your profile:

• Prior experience working within apparel retail in a merchandise, planning or allocations role. Retail experience would be highly regarded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication to meet the requirements of the audience
• Outstanding time management skills and take a proactive approach to work
• Sound computer literacy, business analysis and reporting skills
• Prior experience using SAP would be highly regarded
• An eye for detail and the ability to think analytically andbe outcome orientated
• The abilityto work autonomously as well as part of a team
