JOB PURPOSE

Retail Training Internは,トレ-ニングプログラムおよびデジタルラ-ニング施策の円滑な運営を支えるため,Retail Trainingチ-ムのアドミニストレ-ションおよびオペレ-ション業務をサポ-トします.

本ポジションは,リテ-ルチ-ムの学習体験の向上およびMiu Miuブランドビジネスの促進に貢献し,ラグジュアリ-ファッションにおけるRetail Training業務の実務経験を得る機会を提供するとともに,Retail Trainingチ-ムの重要な-員としてご活躍いただきます.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. トレ-ニング運営全般のサポ-ト

• トレ-ニング実施に伴う準備および運営のサポ-ト
• トレ-ニング資料および関連ドキュメントの整理• 管理
• Retail Trainingに関連する各種アドミニストレ-ション業務のサポ-ト

1. 翻訳業務のサポ-ト

• トレ-ニング資料およびHQからの英語資料の日本語翻訳サポ-ト
• 翻訳資料の校正およびフォ-マット調整のサポ-ト

1. トレ-ニング資料準備のサポ-ト

• PowerPointを使用したトレ-ニング資料の作成• 更新サポ-ト
• プレゼンテ-ションおよび学習資料の準備サポ-ト

1. LMS&デジタルラ-ニングのサポ-ト

• LMSへのデ-タ入力およびメンテナンスのサポ-ト)正確かつタイムリ-な更新(
• デジタルラ-ニング記録および受講デ-タ管理のサポ-ト
• LMSデ-タの抽出• 分析およびトレ-ニングレポ-ト作成のサポ-ト

1. その他サポ-ト

• 社内• 社外会議のスケジュ-リングと招集
• 店舗ビジット時のトレ-ニングおよびOJTのサポ-ト
