NYC Client Advisor, Full-Time

POSITION

Métier is a modern luxury leather goods house that uniquely unites purposeful design with the highest quality Italian craftsmanship. Founded in 2017, the London-based maison recently opened its debut New York location, an artfully designed concept store in Soho.

The Client Advisor will play a critical role in establishing and upholding the brand’s excellent customer service, growing new and existing client relationships, and overseeing daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in luxury retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Relationship Building

• Master the Client Journey to cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to drive sales and exceed KPIs.

• Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to build loyalty and grow the client base.

• Use a consultative, storytelling-driven sales approach to maximise every interaction.

• Share expert knowledge of Métier’s craftsmanship, values, and product offering to bring the brand to life.

Boutique Operations & Presentation

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing.

• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the space reflects the brand at all times.

• Assist with inventory control, deliveries, and stockroom organisation as required.

SALARY

The range for this position is $18 to $23 per hour, with 3% sales commission. Actual rates are determined based on individual experience. We are looking for a candidate who has a combination of the above attributes and can perform the key responsibilities of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
