Position Overview
Act as creative manager in execution of brand showrooms and events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Routinely research and identify inspiration and concepts for projects within the Ralph Lauren aesthetic.
• Create mood boards and 3D computer renderings for presentations and to reflect concept designs
• Be the creative partner for senior leads at all times. Present and implement projects from start to finish and actively participate in the placement of furniture, artwork, and objects in the styling of the projects.
• Research, identify, and maintain relationships with all vendors associated with showroom and event installs.
• Aid in managing budgets for all projects and communicate financial requirements to all business partners.
• Aid in managing decorative process and partner with leads on aesthetic decisions including material choices and styling elements with an emphasis on scheduling and meeting timelines.
• Source and procure props, furniture, artwork, framing, and decorative elements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide logistics support for all showrooms and events.
• Maintain showrooms and all spaces we work in.
• Manage upward maintaining rolling calendar of line openings, showroom walkthroughs and communication.
• Support satellite locations and EU counterparts with accurate and timely communications in partnership with director as design direction evolves throughout decorative process.
• Execute concepts, renderings, and coordinate installation of all showrooms and events, including Apparel and Home PR and Marketing Events, window displays, Pop-Up Shops, new store openings, and any special projects.
• Be flexible in supporting the team's projects on a rolling calendar basis.
• Manage freelance support to execute projects.
• Support the growth and development of freelancers and temp employees

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Design degree and/or minimum 5+ years of visual merchandising presentation, creative services or commercial design experience.
• Proven ability to manage a rolling project/installation calendar.
• Comfortable with standard interior design installation tasks and tools.
• Strong demonstration of team leadership or working in teams.
• Communicate effectively by written, verbal and visual means with peers and leaders.
• Conduct installations outside of standard working hours.
• Proficient in all of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google SketchUp and have a working knowledge of AI design tools.
• Must be available and flexible to accommodate and be present for ever-changing project schedules and opening dates.
